Waking up early

Even if I miss it, it is still early. I have the whole day ahead of me to complete all the tasks I can. This is missing for me: instead of waking up at 5, I am waking up at 6, and this is meanwhile I feel sick.

I will go to the gym and I will keep my macros.

Doing it when you feel good is easy, the extra mile is doing it when you don’t feel good.
